JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will be focused on leveraging existing and new contacts within large enterprise accounts to cultivate strategic relationships focused on systems integration, business process optimization, and cloud solutions for Oracle BI, SOA/Fusion Middleware, Oracle Applications & Engineered Systems technology. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Primarily responsible for profitable sales of cloud, software and hardware. Initiate sales calls to new and existing customers to develop relationships and identify new technology and services opportunities. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with both internal and external customers, to include Oracle personnel. Partner with the BIAS Deal Desk Team to provide accurate information in a timely manner to expedite quoting, non-standard deal requests and order processing. Facilitate and execute demand generation efforts including marketing, user group meetings, workshops, webinars, and other events to grow BIAS Corporations market presence. Build account plans identifying customer influencers, buyers, decision makers, needs and pain points. This and all customer interaction will be documented and maintained in BIASs CRM system. Responsible for ongoing product and services training including Oracle Sales Specializations. Contribute to the development of BIAS Corporations partnership with Oracle including Oracle Field & Direct Sales, Support, Development, Product Management & Partner Channels for maximum sales and services penetration into Oracle based markets. Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners and outside sales executives. Responsible for driving attendance to BIAS led or co-sponsored events. Follow up with marketing event attendees to initiate dialog with prospect/customer. Develop reference customers for BIASs multiple offerings. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive position of the company. Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience, in an IT environment, selling to State & Local Agencies in the Northeast, preferably in New York / New York City. 2 years selling Cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), Software or Hardware CORE COMPETENCIES General understanding of IT products and technology Ability to use MS Office suite Ability to track and manage a sales forecast using Salesforce.com Ability to multi-task Ability to make and coordinate sales calls with potential customers Ability to find, develop, and close business Strong time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills
