Business Development Specialist GovernmentIntelligence Federal is a fast-growing government contracting company seeking a Business Development Specialist who is technically proficient and competent, friendly, people-focused, team player, and attentive to our clients' needs. The Business Development Specialist will be charged with developing relationships with existing business customers, as well as aggressively searching for new business opportunities within the Government sector. You will leverage your outside sales skills to help us capture the tremendous potential for growth. Perform market, industry, and customer research and analysis. Develop relationships with key decision makers within the Government sector. Present Intelligence Federal to key decision makers explaining our ability to support their recruitment needs. Attend industry conferences as needed and present key learnings. Assist with preparation and management of proposals, contracts, and other documents related to business development projects. Contribute to idea/lead generation and qualification for both acquisitive and organic growth opportunities.Requirements A minimum of 2 years Business Development experience in the Government sector preferred Experience working with OASIS preferred Highly analytical, quantitative, and experienced at finding, synthesizing, and presenting information Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
