Description: The scope of work will include filing documents, mail recorded lien release certificates to the Borrowers, update records in the system, prepare Certificate of Satisfaction documents gathering data from Deed of Trust and uploading the prepared docs into a portal for processing. And to perform any additional task as assigned. Seeking a candidate that has knowledge with an escrow account. Basically, this role is going to be going into member's mortgages to ensure that they have enough money in their escrow accounts. They will train in how to do this. This person needs to be detail oriented and not mind somewhat of a repetitive type of a role. There might be ancillary duties that come up like contacting members, filing, answering member emails, etc. but for the most part this role is going to be investigating member mortgage accounts.
