Thecandidateneeds to bewell versed in Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to provide infrastructure and application management to facilitate the operations of IT systems and applications, while leading a team to maintain high levels of system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.Ability to work inanAgile environment supporting scrum masters, developers, system owners, and other key stakeholdersAbility to assess near-term and future business priorities; consults with program personnel, management, and customers to develop alternative solutions; advises on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impacts on other business capabilities, processes, and prioritiesAbility to create business capability definitions, models, assessments (eg, value vs. maturity) and business capability roadmaps to support system architectures and system roadmaps.
