This position requires current TS/SCI Poly clearance.What You'll Get to Do:In this role, you will provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues an IT Operations Center. Your responsibilities will include:Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionalsResolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the missionLending expertise and institutional knowledge to less experienced team members to improve the overall excellence of the teamProviding phone support for hardware and software focused IT issuesCollaborating with team members to identify process improvementsYou'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 6 years related experience.
