A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics. Ensure requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods. Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and Works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements. Establish and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development. Design interfaces and brings system elements together so they work together as a whole. Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements. Participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts. Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and ability to trace requirements through compliance verification and validation. Generate system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures. Review test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements. Security Clearance Requirement: Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. This is an entry level role great for a recent college graduate or someone who has a minimum amount of experience to begin their IT career. Experience administering multiple environments for new or existing computer systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience developing software or scripts using one or more of the following languages or similar programming/scripting languages: Python, JSON, Ruby, Pearl. Experience with configuring, administering, or developing systems on Linux operating systems in a virtual cloud environment. Experience implementing automation of system tasks and processes.
