The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communications skills as well as a previous work history of providing tier 3 support in a large enterprise environment. This position requires an individual who possesses a positive attitude, organizational skills, a drive to focus and produce results, and the ability to lead a team to provide an excellent customer experience, while effectively managing customer relationships in a constantly changing and evolving environment. Role will include building various systems and deploying these systems to OCONUS locations =Ability to build a server with Microsoft Server 2019, SQL, and Exchange, and integrating all software products one.Experience deploying servers with minimal support.Strong proficiency in the installation, configuration, and management of Hyper-V instances.Assist the technical support team's high-quality, timely resolution of support requests.Actively coordinate and collaborate with team members and customers to understand, propose, and continuously implement system improvements.Assist with analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of solutions.Resolve issues escalated from team members, providing guidance and educationResponsible for maintaining and sharing knowledge of policies and procedures for hardware, software, and technical servicesCommunicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals, work well within small and large team environments.Support system upgrades and migrations while maintaining up-time to customer servicesMonitor and provide end-to-end O for all OCONUS hosting environmentsParticipates in special projects as required.Minimum QualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ Poly2+ years of related system build experience3+ years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on building servers.Skills, Knowledge, And Technical Ability RequirementsStrong Experience with VMware products desiredAbility to travel up-to 50% as required.#APP21PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
