What You Will Do:Maximus | Attain is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail oriented Chief Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ballston, VA. What you do matters and this role has a significant impact on a highly classified mission!In this leadership role, you will develop, direct and drive the Federal Client's 5-year Technology and Engineering Roadmap. Create and implement strategic plans focused on achieving enterprise-wide deployments for Amazon C2S, On-Premise, and distributed enterprise services. You will be responsible for providing engineering oversite and review of cloud-based services, VDI infrastructure, transport networking, back-up services and project delivery.Flexible work schedule and location; Fantastic customer.Responsibilities:*Execution of a full requirements development process*System design including development of architectural products*Develop and execute a systems integration strategy*Perform systems engineering trade space analyses to include cost, performance, and O&M*Participate in test and evaluation planning, execution and reporting*Develop, verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures*Assist in the development of interim and final reports*Support program management and systems engineering processes and meetingsRequired Skills:*Must have active TS/SCI & the ability to pass a CI Poly*Education: BS in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering or related technical discipline*10+ years experience in information technology, including senior-level experience in Architecture (System, Integration, Data & Application)*5+ years experience designing, implementing, and system integration using Amazon Cloud Service, GovCloud or Hybrid Clouds architectures*3+ years of experience implementing security and identity protocols such as SSO and PKI (encryption and key management)*Demonstrated success in participating in the development and implementation of a robust, scalable architecture that encompasses technology solutions and business objectives*Experience developing architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and defining how to close gaps; experience creating architectural reference diagrams*Prior experience with iPaaS and ETL platforms*Strong written and interpersonal communications skills to collaborate, champion, influence and negotiate*Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; experience working effectively on virtual teams*Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies and able to apply them to new business designs and business models*Results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successful completion*Strong understanding and experience with implementing modern application solutions by executing programs at scale leveraging Agile methodologies*Demonstrated ability to succeed in driving projects when the approach, challenges, and key objectives start out very unclear*Demonstrated experience with compliance and risk management requirements (eg security, privacy, SOX, etc.)Desired Skills:*Experience working with acquisition program offices*Diverse career experiencesMinimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, network Engineering or related science or related technical disciplineMust have active TS/SCI & the ability to pass a CI PolyDue to federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered
