The Sr. Professional, Account Executive-Gov't has the ability to promote and sell the broad offering of CoreLogic solutions and services. Our top performers will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals and objectives while increasing their knowledge of our clients business daily. What You'll Be Doing:This senior level outside sales/ Business Development role will target Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and Systems Integrators (SI) that specialize in United States Federal Government projects.They will focus on building and maintaining a relationship along with building a pipeline in order to secure prime or secondary federal government contracts and securing new revenue for the business. This position will have ownership of the full sales cycle to drive the sale of solutions /services to new and/or current GSI's to achieve assigned objectives.Individuals will have access to the broad network that is CoreLogic to research and identifying new business opportunities.Top performers will develop a deep relationship with the GSIs as to satisfy the Federal Governments needs as projects are assigned to the GSI. Manage clients business needs through relationships with key decision makers, approvers, influencers.You will have the freedom to develop and execute a sales strategy which will help evangelize how CoreLogic capabilities align with GSIs business to identify opportunities. We take pride in our work and believe in cultivating a work environment that supports and values our greatest asset: our talented employees.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus7-10 years of direct sales experience.Five years of experience in the mortgage industry or similar, preferably in a solutions sales role with proven track record of facilitating, negotiating and closing successful transactions for products and services in mortgage originations, servicing portfolio management and/or capital markets.Demonstrated ability to acquire new customer relationships with a successful track record of achieving/ exceeding individual sales targets.Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations.
