Customer Service Associate
Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our safety team You will be responsible for talking calls from our truck drivers, terminals and customers assisting with any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: Providing customer service daily to internal and external customers Taking daily calls from customers and truck drivers along with two terminals keeping them informed of any changes of status DOT regulations and any paperwork required Keeping information up to date and entered into the system accurately Creatively solving any problems or issues that may occur Qualifications: High School Diploma required, college degree nice to have, however, not required Experience working in trucking or transportation industry desirable Minimum two years of customer service or related experience to position Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily Ability to professionally influence Strong organizational skills and with detail orientation Strong work-ethic and self-motivated with the desire to learn Company Description At DD&S Express our safe, skilled drivers and extensive terminal network make us a trusted transportation provider.
