Manager, Membership Sales ClassificationExempt Reports toVice President, Membership and Engagement Job Description As a Manager, Membership Sales at Finseca, you will be an integral part of the Sales team that will identify and contact future Finseca members. This role is ideal for goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals that are looking to develop valuable sales experience within a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to support our organization's overall membership and revenue growth objectives. Essential Functions Identify, contact, and recruit prospective members using both in-bound leads and prospecting strategies, including cold-calling. Establish relationships in non-traditional markets for purposes of recruiting new members Schedule quality calls with key members, carriers and producer group contacts through consistent outreach. Research potential clients and identify key information to prepare Vice President of Membership and other association executives for sales appointments. Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting prep materials Assist in member retention Provide insight into the views of prospects and new members for purposes of product and service development, analysis and planning The expectation is to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership and revenue targets Skills & Experience 3-5-yr of professional experience, including internship roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong member service ethic. Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage under pressure and tight timelines to achieve positive outcomes. Travel Limited travel is expected for this position. Require Education: .
