The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for ensuring that all tasking associated with a Government-funded program or project is completed effectively, efficiently, on-time, and to the satisfaction of the Federal customer.The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of services, to includeProvide complete acquisition support for the full acquisition lifecycle, including pre-solicitation, contract administration and contract closeout support including the following Acquisition Cost Estimation/Cost-Benefit Analysis; Acquisitions Technical Requirement Definition; Acquisition Cost Estimation/Cost-Benefit Analysis; Acquisitions Technical Requirement Definition; Solicitation Document Support; Contract Quality Assurance Measures / Audit SupportProvide support for information management processes and data warehousing.Track actual/budgeted project costs and perform cost allocations as needed.Identify resource burdens and determine specific process areas for improvement.Provide analytics to support financial and inventory management decision making process.Provide support for logistics management activities, including revenue forecasting, breakeven analysis, and supply/demand analysis.Provide support for developing supply chain related metrics and track associated supply chain activity costs.Provide support for information management processes and data warehousing.RequirementsMust have prior experience in supporting large Federal Government programsMust have a Master's degreeMust have US Citizenship and possess a Public Trust clearance15+ years of progressive experience to include the following Experience as a Program Manager overseeing multiple federal projects or contracts; Experience as overall lead or director on complex projects or multiple agency contracts; Experience as principal liaison directly interacting with multiple government agencies Subject matter proficiency in one or more of the following functional areas Federal Acquisition Management Support; Federal Budgeting and Financial Management Support; DoD or Federal Civilian Logistics & Supply Chain Management Support;Preferred QualificationsManagement experience in a federal health, or biomedical research environment Veterans Affairs, DoD (Army Medical Command), or any HHS agency Lean Six Sigma knowledge is strongly preferred, or other process management certifications (PMP, Agile, CSM, etc.)Proficient oral and written communication skillsAbility to organize, prioritize and be detail orientedAbility to work independently and in a team environment across different functionsThis role is for a Federal Agency in the Maryland/DC area.
