As a Pharmacy Info Systems Analyst, you will:
•Assist with trouble shooting pharmacy equipment, including PC's, printers,
Pyxis equipment, etc.
•Attend local, state, and when feasible, national meetings if applicable.
•Complete required hours of continuing education each year for license (if
applicable)
•Maintain and optimize relevant forms and databases
•Participate in other activities related to professional development
•Provide a report of information gained during local, regional and national meetings attended, as well as, maintain files for meetings attended
Improve patient safety via target reports
•Routinely uses computer software, on-line services, etc. to obtain and record information
•Design practical reports to assist with improving pharmacy operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science
• Experience with Cerner (i.e. Cerner Command Language)
• Experience with designing reports
• 2-4 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy Tech Board certification (PTBC) within 6 months of hire
• Knowledge of 340B reporting preferred.
• Needs to be able to evaluate medication orders as it relates to data collection.
