Key ResponsibilitiesEngage Treasury, Finance and Risk functions and business stakeholders, develop and execute Treasury LIBOR Transition IT project plan, report progress to the LIBOR Transition sponsors, and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate governance forum for LIBOR Transition if deadlines and priorities are not being metDevelop approach to solve strategic priority problems with related to LIBOR transition, by conducting data-driven scenario analysis of economic impact given alternative approaches in order to evaluate options and facilitate strategic decision makingEngage with internal IT stakeholders and external vendors to manage all IT required changesConduct various LIBOR Transition working groups to deliver the end to end IT solutions, not only vendor applications but all up and downstream impacted faciltiesStay current with industry developments and regulatory updates globally regarding the implementation of Risk Free Rates, and update senior management on a regular basisManage end-to-end execution including requirements, technical specifications and management of front-to-back testing across required functionsDocument, manage, report and escalate all key Risk, Issue and Dependencies as requiredDocument key approaches and decision making processesPrepare and support recurring and ad hoc analyses and presentation materials related to LIBOR Transition for senior management forumsQualificationsMinimum of 10-15 years experience in finance, especially managing cross functional projects at the middle / senior management levelProven track record of delivering complex technology initiativesExperience with Waterfall and Agile MethodologiesStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk, Finance, LegalExperience working with external vendor applicationsStrong written and verbal presentation / communication skills, especially with senior/executive managementMicrosoft tools, in particular Power Point, ExcelStrong Program management skillsAbility to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellenceAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionby Jobble
