They develop leads through a variety of marketing concepts including their natural market, community involvement, and detailed marketing strategies. Career insurance representatives are also expected to visit their clients regularly to provide service, periodic reviews and earn client referrals. Although hours are flexible, career insurance representatives are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
