System One has 2 Contract Recruiter positions available to Recruiters who have experience recruiting for the Maryland Program Office (MPO). You must have experience recruiting in the National Security space in Maryland and must be local to Annapolis Junction, MD. The candidate must be proficient in applying proactive, innovative, and relevant sourcing techniques to complete a wide variety of difficult and complex assignments. In addition, must demonstrate a thorough understanding of laws and regulations relevant to the Cyber and Intelligence market. Candidate will draw upon his/her knowledge of the cleared and uncleared marketplace to deliver efficient recruiting solutions to hiring managers. Important Information United States Citizenship is required to work in our client's Federal / Cyber division Temp to hire employment conversion opportunity Will be required to pass all System One and Client onboarding processes Remote from home option available 2-3 days per week with other days required in the Client office once the Recruiter is up and running Contract Recruiter Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for the Central Maryland cleared market specifically recruiting highly sought out Technical experts. Proficiency in e-recruiting and automated application tracking systems. Workday is a plus Strong sourcing background and skills with various job aides and recruiting tools, specifically with LinkedIn and various media sources Recruiter must be willing to be based and work out of our Annapolis Junction, MD office. Remote work from home, part time, may be offered once candidate is up and running proficiently. Workday experience is highly preferred Understanding of laws and regulations, in the INTEL space specifically, different agencies have different requirements. Also, understanding when screening candidates there are state mandated laws and regulations around salaries, etc. Job Requirements:Contract Recruiter responsibilities: Collaborates with Recruitment/Staffing team and Sub-Market Team Lead in defining position responsibilities and identifying potential qualified candidates. Screens and recommends placement of candidates for experienced technical, professional, and management positions. Manages awareness against hard to fill requisitions pertaining to prospective candidates. Takes responsibility for long-range sourcing/planning, including project start-up and close out. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
