WE ARE OPEN TO CANDIDATES LIVING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTIGUOUS US ?CTS is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the US, specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise and [Public Sector customers].A' We are seeking an experienced sales hunters to lead the Enterprise sales motion for our Private Wireless Network (PWN) business across multiple key verticals.A' The RoleThe Sales Director - Private Wireless Networks role is first and foremost a hunter role. The core job function is selling CTS' PWN managed services offering to large Enterprise and Public Sector customers.A' In this role, you'll prospect for your own opportunities based on the network you've built, sell jointly with CTS' channel partners in key verticals and engage opportunities with Enterprise customers from within CTS' installed base.A' You'll engage prospective clients to show how the unique attributes of PWN offer advantages over other wireless network topologies. You'll also educate customers about PWN use cases that are relevant to their particular industry, and how those deliver specific business value.A' Key responsibilities of the Sales Director - Private Wireless Networks position will include:Responsibility for PWN sales to Enterprise/Public Sector clientsOperating with national scope, without limitations in geographic territory within the US Focusing on cultivating new clients within targeted verticalsDelivering presentations and web demonstrations of our services to senior level audiencesDeveloping sales presentations that educate enterprise customers on the value proposition of private wireless networks and CTS' unique differentiatorsDeveloping sales strategy and communicating recommended strategies to CTS leadershipWorking with CTS inside sales and marketing to develop/deliver lead generation campaignsAttending industry trade shows and conferencesMaintaining a sales pipeline in Providing weekly status updates and other reporting as requiredTraveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunitiesA' The ProfileThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:A proven track record of top performance in direct-to-Enterprise salesExperience selling at the senior executive levelExperience selling communications technologies and solutionsExperience selling in Manufacturing/Logistics, Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate or Hospitality/EntertainmentExperience selling managed services (telecom, software, or IT)Experience/familiarity with some or all of the following technologies and industry segments:CBRS Private 4G/5GDistributed Antenna Systems (DAS)Public Safety SystemsEnterprise WiFiWLAN SolutionsSDWAN/SDLANFiber-to-the-EdgeA' The Company30-year old company and the leading Enterprise cellular integrator in the US Majority-owned by Astra Capital, a nationally certified Minority Business Entity (MBE)Industry leader in DAS with over 20 years of experience and more than 9,000 network projects deliveredDeep competency in wireless network design using advanced 3D modeling techniques and industry-leading design toolsDesign Center in Phoenix staffed 24x5 by 45 design engineers -- over 1,700 network designs delivered annuallyA' 350+ union/non-union field technicians nationwide with experience in deploying all major RF infrastructure OEMs (JMA, Commscope, Corning, Nokia, Ericsson)National Network Operations Center utilizing AI-driven, predictive analytics for real time network monitoring/maintenanceSampling of CTS network projects across multiple market segments:A' is an exceptional opportunity to join the CTS Team!
