You understand things like incrementally and marginal return, and aren't afraid to speak your mind.A' This role will drive subscriber acquisition via digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, etc. You'll work with product, engineering, creative, and analytics to aggressively hit growth targets.A' You'll generate ideas for increasing engagement and retention, and work with other teams to put those ideas into practice. You will be a data-driven growth marketer that can optimize current marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities to grow the business.A' Are you ready for a challenge?ResponsibilitiesEfficiently deploy budget to maximize subscriber volume, lower CAC, and drive higher LTVAnalyze tests and make recommendations for future testing/optimization across paid channels (testing marketing variables including offer, copy/messaging, targeting and segmentation, and creative)Analyze metrics on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are improving return on ad spend - focus on finding and driving high quality subscribersUpdate reporting to uncover meaningful trends, insights, and forecastsExplore new channels for potential growth opportunitiesLead funnel optimization efforts in tandem with product and analyticsPartner with internal teams to generate and execute retention and engagement projectsRequirementsBachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required, in addition to 3-5 years growth marketing experience, with direct-response, performance marketing, and paid advertising background desiredMust have hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads campaignsExperience with a/b testing, funnel optimizationWorking knowledge of ad tech stack, including tracking and measurement, bid management/automation, and attributionHighly analytical with hands-on experience pulling data, building reports and analyzing large sets of dataGood experience with ExcelPhotoShop is a plus but not requiredExperience w/ Hubspot or similar CRM (customer relationship management) tool is a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) conceptsStrong ability to learn, expand skill set, and seek self-improvementStrong oral and written communication skillsIf you hit most but not all of these qualifications and are an aggressive problem-solver who is hungry to excel and do amazing work, let's talk!Curiosity Stream is one of the world's leading global factual streaming media services and media companies, with documentary series and features covering every topic from space exploration to adventure to the secret life of pets, empowering viewers of all ages to fuel their passions and explore new ones.
