The Executive Director is responsible for overall campus success and compliance in accordance with the established Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Position is responsible for ensuring quality of care, resident rights, effective staffing and fiscal stability of community. This position also provides supervision to community department managers. Qualifications:* Active Nursing Home Administrator state licensure in which community is operated required or ability to obtain immediately* Bachelors degree in related field (nursing, healthcare administration, social service) or equivalent experience required* Masters degree preferred* Five years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator required* Senior level management experience in a CCRC and ability to work within this type of structure preferred* Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations* Proven financial management skills* Excellent communication skillsResponsibilities and Expectations:* Meeting or exceeding occupancy and mix goals.* Direction, coordination and supervision of all campus activities.* Establish a quality working and living environment within the community.* Develop positive relationships and is accessible to all residents, families, visitors and staff.* Perform or oversee the selection of, supervision, competency assessments, evaluations and corrective actions for all department managers.* Act as liaison to outside entities or agencies.* Continually ensure resident rights are promoted, understood and followed.* Prepare annual budget and maintain fiscal soundness at community.* Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with Administrative Office.* Serve as Health Center Administrator and/or Assisted Living Administrator as necessary. * Procure appropriate supplies to meet community and compliance guidelines; this may also include contracted staff.* Build and maintain strong relationship with Medical Director and other outside consultants.* Act as a catalyst for quality improvement. * Participate in external community events and develop relationships to maintain strong network and promote our community.* Maintain in-service calendar to ensure all annual requirements are met.* Perform daily rounding on residents and staff.* Remain compliant with all federal, state, local and corporate regulations.Presbyterian Senior Living is a large non-profit organization comprised of a variety of locations, services and levels of care.
