Accounts Payable Analyst
Position: Accounts Payable AnalystLocation:A' HQ -Rockville, MDPosition Type: Full Time, Exempt Reports to:A' Senior Accounts Payable Manager/Payroll SpecialistA' The Accounts Payable Analyst is an overall resource to the Accounting department for a variety of property-related accounting processes. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the property management industry, a strong detail orientation, and basic accounting skills.A' This role also requires a high level of resourceful problem solving and works across the company to ensure solutions to issues, which serve the business. A' A high level of customer service is expected and needed to work with stakeholders inside and outside of the Company.A' Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:A' Assist with vendor ACH enrollment to ensure compliance and timely payments to vendors.Work closely with and assist the Accounts Payables department in researching vendor invoice and contract issues.Review and keep records of Tower contracts and agreements for accounting purposes.
