TheA' Search Engine Marketing Specialist can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client search campaigns.Key Functional Areas of ResponsibilityPerform daily account management of PPC campaigns via Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and other search platforms for a variety of clientsAssist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, manage daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metricsManage and maintain updates for large keyword listsProvide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goalsGenerate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and accounts from initial launch through optimization phaseProvide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates, as requiredGenerate weekly/monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiativesMonitor and administer web analytics tools and dashboards, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goalsCommunicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and campaign pacingWork closely with the other team members to meet client goalsKeep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developmentsProfessional CompetenciesPassion for search and digital marketingOutstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problemsAttention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphereAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughtsAbility to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goalsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skillsProfessional Skills & QualificationsAt least 4 years of hands-on experience with Google AdsExperience with Facebook Ads Manager preferredExperience with Search 360 a plusHigh-Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerGoogle Ads/Analytics certifications requiredBS/BA degree preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryParticipation in company health (medical, dental, vision) insurance plans401K with company matchPaid vacation, holiday and sick leaveOpportunity to advance your careerAbout UsESB Advertising is a data-driven agency that specializes in generating leads and growing revenue for businesses.
