Health Systems Executive
We are excited to launch this opportunity to diverse men and women experienced in health systems with a large, multinational production and services corporation.Roles And ResponsibilitiesOwn your overall business within your assigned Health System Hospital accounts, (pre-sale and post-sale)Partner and develop relationships within the C-suite at the hub IDN as well as key stakeholders within the different accounts attached to the Health System (i/e Committee Members, Procurement, Medical Directors etc.)Build a strategic YOY business plan within each Health System incorporating key value drivers for both the customer as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns with the local regional teams, ensuring that each member of the team understands the needs of the whole IDN and how their actions tie into the bigger customer partnership.Owns RFP and is responsible to compliantly sell a deal with overall positive margin expansion for the life of the customer contract.Partner with service organization to ensure that installation, go live and post install maintenance are successful. Provides a high-level view of all activities going on within individual accounts to ensure that the customer is provided with high quality, consistent service. Course correct and escalate to leadership when needed.Partner with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment between local teams and overall Health System. Provide indirect coaching/mentoring and leadership to sales reps both formally and informally.Essential RequirementsRequirements Bachelor's degree (preferably within business or sciences) 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory, OR Master's Degree preferred and 7+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratoryOther ExpectationsAbility to understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound strategy on how our company is partner of choice.Partner with local sales teams to provide informal leadership, providing overall account strategy and ensuring accountability of the regional teams with the day to day tacticsGood understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics Strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely and accurately conduct executive level presentationsHighly organized with strong program and sales management skillsStrong ability to handle an account plan weekly, work diligently within the sales cycle activities, prepare for and deliver business reviews effectively (both with customers and internally)Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the timeBenefitsCompetitive compensation that typically has key components including base salary, variable annual incentive compensation based on personal and company performance, and long-term incentive.
