ResponsibilitiesHelp grow the number of companies using and partnering with the with business.Supporting, training, and leading the sales team in generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads, conducting demos, and deal closing.Performing in accordance with a sales team quota and commission structure.Using a challenger sales approach to win deals and deliver value for clients.A' RequirementsSaaS experience and managing a sales team.Experience with corporate wellness and selling either into HR / Benefits.Experience at the post-Series A stage of a high growth business.Dedicated to developing a coaching culture.Hands-on and comfortable jumping on closing calls.Strong work ethic and track record of closing and winning deals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish a quick rapport with prospects. Candidates must be located between Central and Eastern time zones.
