**Description:**The General Laborer is responsible for end of line work. This includes monitoring the roll as it nears completion to ensure it is even, assist in removing roll from machine and transferring to storage. Other duties include sweeping, cleaning and performing general labor work around the shop.Each roll takes approximately 90 minutes to run. 30- 40 minutes are spent doing a changeover which requires speed, accuracy and working with a high sense of urgency. The rest of the 90 minutes, you are assisting in general clean up work around the shop.
