We are looking for a IT System/Network Administrator for one of our DHS clients.Description:The IT System/Network Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of DHS systems at all operating locations including within the National Capital Region and COOP facilities. The IT System/Network Administrator shall perform system upgrades of hardware and software, network configuration, user support, create and maintain system documentation, ensure certification and accreditation of NCC systems.Key Role:Work with the Information Security team to support build out and deployment of the DHS client network, with a focus on executing POA The successful candidate will also provide remediation and troubleshooting for system-related change requests that arise.RequirementsRequirements;4-6 years of professional experience- Previous experience as a Windows and/or Linux systems administrator- Bachelor's degree in Information System Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field- Domain-level administrator experience (ie, experience being an administrator for a domain)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Minimum Top Secret ClearanceAdditional Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:- Previous experience as a Database administrator- Experience creating and managing scripts/scripting*Position is contingent upon final contract award.
