The candidate will provide successful planning, coordinating, and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of complex engineering projects and tasks. The candidate will serve as a technical point of contact for the program manager and team members on a project or task. The candidate will directly contribute to program efforts in several areas including task cost schedule and deliverables status updates. Demonstrate expert communication skills to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress issues and problem areas as well as write and review technical documents.DutiesAssist the government program managers with specific programs at the Delivery Order or TTO levelAssist the government program managers with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program and serve as primary interface between the Contractor and the Government Program ManagerMonitor risks, and develop and present risk containment strategies to ensure proper performance of tasks necessary for efficient and effective execution of the contractQualifications Required Education and Experience:Doctorate's degree with 1 year experienceMaster's degree with 3 yearsBachelor's degree with 5 yearsAssociate's degree with 7 yearsHigh School/GED with 9 yearsRequired ClearanceActive Top Secret clearance with FS polygraphOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyDobbs Defense Solutions is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
