What Youll Do You are an enthusiastic individual with positive energy, solid organizational skills and creative planning skills. This role will provide support to the VP of HR of the Outdoor Product Group. You will have the ability to multi-task while exercising independent judgment and discretion with a high degree of confidentiality. Youll get to: * Provide executive support including, but not limited to, the following: * Manages calendar and high volume of meeting requests * Arranges complex domestic and international travel plans and create detailed itineraries * Submits expense reports on behalf of the executive on a timely manner * Serves as a delegate in multiple approval systems * Assisting in Presentation Material (PowerPoint) * Works as a partner with the OPG executive team, anticipating needs and gaps * Coordinates meetings, events, and communication sessions with various types of media * Proactively manages business rhythm planning ensuring that all core business meetings are scheduled with logistics and other pre-meeting requirements identified and addressed accordingly * Works with administrative team, serving as a resource ordering office supplies, mailing and shipping, preparing and running meetings, and effectively communicating through a multi-tiered organization * Continually identifies opportunities to streamline functional activities while enabling the Executives to focus on the strategic and business initiatives rather than function logistics * Able to troubleshoot technical difficulties during meetings to guarantee optimal working performance Who You Are You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
