Our veteran bankers are experienced with the various loan programs offered, and as one of the top multifamily loan servicers we remain committed to providing superior customer service before, during, and after loan closing.The Relationship Manager 3 within Multifamily Capital will be responsible for handling all aspects of larger and more complex transactions and will assist in negotiations of pricing and structuring of financings focusing on smaller and larger Multifamily clients.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:+ Preparing loan proposals for senior staff+ Structuring and executing transactions for senior staff+ Working with a senior team member in structuring loans and preparing recommendations for the most critical/complex relationships+ Performing financial analysis, research, underwriting, and due diligence related to Commercial Mortgage transactions+ Developing and maintainsing knowledge of loan products, and provideing market intelligence to maintain competitive edge+ Working independently to provide written analysis on risk and mitigate prospective transactions, as well as communicate written conclusions+ Keeping senior team members abreast of important issues relating to loan portfolio+ Appropriately initiating loan grades and maintaining appropriate loan grading during the term of the credit+ Coordinating critical path items such as appraisal engagement, costing and engineering reviews, environmental reviews, and credit investigations on new transactions+ Completing and updating financial reviews for borrowers and guarantors at the time of new credit request and as needed for ongoing relationships+ Conducting initial review of new lending opportunities and preparing term sheets and letters of interest+ Underwriting credit requests and completing approval documents and other supporting documentation for new loan requests, extensions, and modifications+ Assisting in the development of junior relationship managersEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
