Description:+ Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Physics with six (6) or more years experience in systems engineering activities.+ Versed in all aspects of RF propagation theory.+ Hands-on experience using commercially available tools to conduct RF coverage models.+ Familiarity with the FCC databases and is able to use them for both selecting candidate sites as well as locating potential interference sources.+ Experience with systems design, development, integration, and verification.+ Experience using test equipment to measure RF system performance and identify potential sources of interference.+ Must have strong oral and written communication skills to present information to team members, management and customers.+ The successful candidate will possess strong initiative and ability to function in a dynamic environment.+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, Visio, MATLAB, requirements management tools, and UML tools.+ Review and analyze customer functional and performance requirements. Develop CONOPS based on these requirements.+ Develop functional and physical system architectures based upon high-level requirements.+ Decompose system-level requirements and develop subsystem specifications. Maintain these requirements throughout the product life cycle.+ Develop and maintain interface control documents at the system and subsystem level.+ Conduct performance analyses of systems and subsystems.+ Conduct formal trade studies to define the optimal design approach.+ Support the integration, testing, and fielding of these systems.+ Prepare and present technical briefings for internal and external stakeholders.+ Four (4) or more years experience in developing RF coverage models for systems operating above 900 MHz+ Perform duties of an Engineering Project Manager which include: project planning, schedule development, project tracking (cost & schedule), and reporting to management.+ Experience working unmanned/autonomous vehicle programs About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
