Responsibilities:
  • Act as a main POC to customers to support technical needs
  • Utilize phone, email and chat to correspond with customers
  • Review notes to aid in assisting with technical issues, but escalate to management as necessary
  • Reference transcripts and company manuals to help with customer inquiries
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • College Degree in Biology
  • Customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.)
  • Proficient with technology and computer programs
  • Detail oriented
