Principal Process Manager- Messaging Governance and Deliverability

The Products and Platform Messaging team is seeking a process manager to manage messaging governance and deliverability across our line of business partners and sending systems. This role is critical to ensuring our messages are adhering to our messaging standards and successfully delivered to recipients. This process manager will also help shape our future messaging strategy through effective monitoring and analysis of performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drive and influence others to be 100% compliant with our messaging standards
  • Create, monitor and proactively report performance metrics
  • Drive results by identifying and resolving performance issues
  • Create and manage process documentation
  • Provide external vendor relationship support
  • Manage new intake requests to onboard new clients or messaging platforms
  • Contribute to developing strategy and messaging enhancements

The ideal process manager should:
  • Possess strong knowledge of message channels, including email, SMS and Push
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional storytelling abilities
  • Show inquisitiveness, curiosity, and skill for problem solving
  • Easily build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Understand the business, key pain points, and provide solutions
  • Be highly organized and well-managed
  • Have strong proficiency in Google Sheets & Slides
  • Have at least two years' experience in Process or Project Management

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 1 year of process management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • 1+ year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management
