We are an intimate, fine-dining steakhouse that has been successful in the Baltimore area. Our concept is locally-owned and focused on serving a specific demographic in the market. If you are a superior leader and Kitchen Manager with a passion for quality food and have a hands-on approach to leading, we want to meet you. Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs Supervise kitchen staff s activities Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities Kitchen Manager Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume fine-dining or upscale steakhouse concept Independent brand experience is preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills and hands-on, lead-by-example management style Kitchen Manager Benefits: $60-$65K base salary and second-to-none quality of life Positive work environment Growth opportunities
