WHAT WOULD I DO? As the Senior Paid Search Specialist, you are responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting for digital marketing paid media campaigns. Your focus will be Paid Search PPC campaigns via Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising utilizing SA 360. You may also execute Display and Remarketing campaigns via Google Display Network (GDN), Video campaigns via YouTube, and Google Ads Local campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media campaigns launch on time, spend full budget, and achieve campaign KPIs. Upon campaign completion, you will provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations for future improvements. You will assess vendors, tools, strategy, tactics, targeting, and ad units to plan campaigns that will achieve client goals. A Paid Search Specialist will also play a critical role in evaluating and collaborating with internal teams and external organizations to recommend innovative campaigns and tools to improve efficiencies. AWESOME PARTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE Build, prioritize, test, and measure customized PPC campaigns including but not limited to campaign planning, budget and bid management, keyword research, competitive analysis, QA, and ad copy creation. Manage extensive campaign budgets Daily campaign management Monitoring campaign performance against client goals and KPIs, including but not limited to search terms reports, negative keyword lists, keyword quality score audits (landing page experience, ad copy relevancy, estimated CTR). Account and campaign planning, strategy development, execution, testing, and reporting of goal-driven Paid Search (PPC), YouTube, GDN Display, Remarketing, and Local campaigns. Troubleshoot complex account issues and work strategically with internal teams and agency partners to find solutions and opportunities within client accounts. Implement and QA appropriate campaign tracking and Google Analytics UTMs. Provide analysis and recommendations for continuous program improvement. Provide cross-channel support when necessary. Define, document, and maintain best practices and stay up to date with industry standards - focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Continually evaluate and document new opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with internal team and external companies to resolve issues and improve offerings. Train, support, inspire, motivate, and mentor team members Oversee team member work for quality and process compliance Requirements SKILLS AND ABILITIES WE NEED (REQUIRED) 3+ Years of managing Paid Search campaigns across a portfolio of clients 3+ years of experience with digital marketing campaign strategy, execution, reporting, & analysis Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising Certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on MS Excel Experience managing campaign budgets $2,000,000+ Effectively able to prioritize projects and workload in a fast paced, dynamic environment Proactive, organized, detail oriented, analytical, efficient, and assertive Open minded, adaptive to change, eager to learn, proactive and excited to help team members High school diploma or equivalent Skills And Abilities We Want (preferred) 5+ Years of managing Paid Search campaigns across a portfolio of clients 5+ years of experience with developing and executing CPA/CPL and ROI based paid search campaigns Google Analytics or other industry certifications Exposure executing franchise or local paid media campaigns at scale Background working in Google Marketing Platform suite (SeachAds 360, DisplayVideo 360, etc.) Slack, JIRA, & Google Drive Office Suite Bachelors Degree from an accredited institute or university Other Important Things To Know There is travel up to 10% of the time There is a need to lift 15lbs Benefits We are a Hybrid workplace!
