If you're ready to make an impact, join our ME team to see how we Deloitte differently.As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will support the execution and delivery of market development campaigns through the efforts of the aligned team. In this role, you will liaise with colleagues in Marketing Excellence to differentiate the Deloitte brand, drive Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovate new marketing and communications solutions, and deliver distinct client experiences. You'll have the potential to facilitate marketing and communications targeting activities through assisting with social media campaigns; support business expansion initiatives; develop promotional marketing materials and targeting tools; and manage major promotional events such as trade shows, industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key clients.The TeamDeloitte's Marketing Excellence team combines the power of Deloitte's brand with the most inspired marketing techniques to produce business results for our clients. It also executes with agility and measurable performance through best-of-breed solutions, centralization of key information and operations, and optimization of data, tools, people, and process.The work you'll doDeloitte's Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) Marketing team provides value by differentiating the Deloitte brand for our Life Sciences and Health Care clients. The team has responsibilities across all four of our business areas and interfaces with client service, marketing, and communications professionals to deliver impact for the business.Responsibilities include:+ Apply understanding of marketing and communications basics to drive business goals+ Participate and in some cases lead in the development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns including digital strategy+ Manage all aspects of events including planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials, and on-site assistance to create a memorable experience for attendees+ Draft different types of content including, but not limited to, web copy, social copy newsletters, and internal communications+ Set KPIs at the start of a campaign, track progress and gather ROI data for use in executive-level reports, focusing on data story-telling, including how the data will inform future campaigns and tactics, and the overall impact of marketing on LSHC growth and brand positioning+ Support development of marketing strategy by researching competitor and client activities+ Use insights on trends to identify white space and improve the marketing program and leverage insights for content creation, targeting, and marketing execution+ Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaignsQualifications include:+ 2-3+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning+ Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results+ Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines+ Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills+ Polished executive presence and professional client service manner+ Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of management+ Flexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities+ Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills+ Superior Microsoft Office skills (eg, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred+ Travel of up to 10% (While up to 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureExperiencedMERoles All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
