About the role: The British Standards Institution (BSI) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator - Cybersecurity and Information Resilience responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all facets of external marketing activities within the budget allocated for BSI Cybersecurity and Information Resilience US. This will include campaign development and tracking, event and webinar management, budget assistance, sales collaboration, lead management, association, and partnership management. This position is home-based in the US on the East Coast. Marketing Coordinator - Cybersecurity and Information Resilience Responsibilities: Campaign management and execution through all the traditional online and offline marketing channels specifically email marketing, webinars, thought leadership and insight papers, events, social media and PR Positioning and promoting BSI Cybersecurity & Information Resilience (CSIR) services across US markets and further afield, focusing on B2B in both public and private sectors Supporting the launch, deployment and execution of ongoing marketing activities across the Americas with the focus on lead generation, revenue and profitability for the business stream Generate sales opportunities and achieve conversion and revenue targets assigned to digital (PPC, display advertising, email marketing) campaign activities Incorporate digital campaign metrics analysis into strategic frameworks in a way that aligns with business goals and deliver measurable results Manage key agencies/vendors to deliver outstanding results Collaborate and utilizing marketing tools Create campaigns, folders, redirects and landing pages in SalesForce, Pardot and Workfront Assist in the creation of processes, templates, social media and content review Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and Workfront, to monitor and track campaign tactics and expenses Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years in Marketing Experience with software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office - Word processing, spreadsheet (Excel) and database applications and Affinity for on line marketing and technology tools Graphic design experience, a plus Domestic travel up to 10% time What we offer: BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.
