Content Server Systems Administrator (Top Secret)
*Job Summary/Company*: A Sparks Group partner is seeking a Content Server Systems Administrator to join their team. This role performs a wide variety of system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and operational support. This is a Hybrid position; selected candidate must be on client site a couple of times a week. A Top Secret clearance is required. If you are interested in learning more about Sparks Group and the opportunity, please submit your resume and call today! *Responsibilities*: * For OpenText Content Server and associated modules: install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, resolve software related problems * Monitor system to ensure OpenText solutions is operating as expected and adjust, as needed, for optimal performance * Analyze and resolve problems associated with server hardware, operating systems, applications software * Provide second-level customer system support for customer software/system applications * Provide design and architecture guidance related to functional and system requirements *Qualifications/Background Profile*: * Associate's degree * 4+ years of experience in progressively responsible IT consulting projects * Previous experience with the OpenText product stack * Certifications: Security+ strongly preferred (or ability to obtain one within 3-6 months of start date) * Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role * Clearance Type: Top Secret *Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from * * Apple App Store or Google Play * *.* Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call *Sparks Group* for additional details.
