As the forward-facing contact of Ken's Beverage, Inc, the Field Service Technician will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance, and removal services on customer owned equipment. Building strong relationships with our customers and maintaining the highest standards of service and customer service will be the key to success for the Field Service Technician.You will:Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related commentsComplete equipment installations, project and/or preventative maintenance as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines.
