Were seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis/Treasury Manager to primarily assist with companys financial forecasting/budgeting process, operating variance analysis, cash forecasting and management, indirect rates build up, and preparation of incurred cost schedules. This individual will also play a key role in streamlining current Finance/Accounting processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for functional business operations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Manage Treasury functions to include cash reconciliation, preparation and proper coding of EFT/wire transactions, and weekly/monthly cash flow forecast Provide insights on the companys overall business performance and data analysis on CAPEX, Production Inventory and R&D costs Lead periodic meetings with budget owners to review spending and variances as necessary Collaborate with Accounting team to identify and resolve errors, and ensure accurate alignment of actual costs against budget Prepare pertinent schedules for annual incurred cost submission Develop provisional indirect rates based on annual budget Support companys timesheet and payroll operation as needed Support annual financial/DCAA audit activities Identify best practices and lead organizational process improvement in the areas of accounting policies and procedures Perform various ad-hoc financial analysis for management team and departmental heads Support the activities of Billing and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely customer invoices and cash collections. Support the activities of the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee and vendor payments. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Finance/Accounting and Treasury roles Experience in Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense. Experience with government award contract types (FFP, CP and T&M) Understanding of applicable laws and regulations; particularly in Government Contracting Detailed knowledge of Federal Acquisitions Regulations, CAS Compliance, and governmental procedures. Knowledge of federal regulation on taxes and reporting. Experience in budgeting, planning, indirect rate development. Experience in financial project management. Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel. Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand. Prior DCAA Audit Experience (preferred). Experience integrating accounting and business policies and procedures Experience integrating acquired businesses (preferred) DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: Intellectually curious and responsive to business and team needs.
