A successful Employment Brand Manager will make data-driven strategic marketing decisions to and be effective at communicating campaign recommendations and results to business stakeholders to drive change. This role will support all global HR initiatives.About You:This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and measure marketing and communications strategies to convey our employment brand story and company culture across a variety of digital channels with a focus on content creation Undertake and implement Employment Brand (RESPECT values) and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely Partner with global talent acquisition to build recruitment strategies that raise brand awareness and generate robust pipelines of qualified candidates; strong ability to advise on strategy, implementation, reporting, and optimization Build a captivating content strategy to fuel digital channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.); create key messaging framework and content to support overall strategy; build a repository of content, resources, and assets Maintain strong relationships with internal marketing, creative agencies and other third-party vendors to maximize investment and output of creative assets including video, graphics, copy, marketing spend, etc. Creates digital versions of City Experiences company materials for online, print media and ship displays following corporate brand guidelines Works closely with in-house marketing department manage and continuously improve the company's career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances City Experiences employment brand and reputation as an employer of choice Plans, establishes, and oversees the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employment branding Is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employment Branding by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices, and innovative solutions to support the business Oversee and regularly review all Recruitment advertising and job board suppliers and agreements to ensure the value for money and effectiveness as to plan and oversees the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads Develops and manages recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as print, websites, direct mail and social media Put in place system to evaluate the effectiveness of employment brand and recruitment advertising strategies and regularly reports for review and recommended actions Additional job duties as assigned.Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications preferred and 4+ years' proven experience in brand, marketing, graphics design, communications, content marketing, recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Recruiting and marketing expertise Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques Strong understanding of branding to be able to present the company as an employment of choice to prospective hires Strong project management skills Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools Knowledgeable in graphic design and commercial art principles, practices, and techniques Skilled in commercial design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Proficient in design and printing Understanding of Federal, State and local laws pertaining to marketing, and communications with an emphasis on internal and or recruitment communicationThe RESPECT Service System embodies City Experiences' mission, vision, values and operating principles.
