JOB TITLE: Paid Social Specialist (PPC/SMM/SEM) LOCATION: United States (Remote) POSITION OVERVIEW Obviously is looking for an expert Paid Marketing Specialist to join and manage paid marketing initiatives for our world-class clients. Working as the Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet our ambitious targets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, execute and manage paid marketing campaigns at Obviously * Collaborate with internal teams to meet paid marketing campaign goals on behalf of our Fortune 100 clients * Act as the subject matter expert on paid marketing across Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube and TikTok WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * A driven person who can develop, optimize, analyze, and report on paid campaigns across a variety of social platforms * Solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC, QS & LTV) * Knowledge of Facebooks Ads Manager, including setup, bidding, targeting, creative optimization, as well as conversion tracking and troubleshooting. * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance, but to also tell a story. * Comfortable diving into the weeds of a social ad platform to unearth winning strategies and double down on them * Energetic self-starter who can power through ambiguity, is able to think creatively, and focus on problem-solving and results * Ability to adapt to and perform in a fast-paced, changing, deadline-driven environment QUALIFICATIONS * BA/BS degree or relevant experience * 2-4 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns * Ad Platform Experience Required: Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/YouTube or TikTok Ads * Demonstrated experience in directly managing large and complex Paid Social campaigns * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral are a must * Must be proficient in time management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing various goals and parameters.
