As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality food and deliver excellent Guest experience during our complimentary Breakfast hours. A Cook will also be required to prepare all mise-en-place and contribute to food and beverage operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Prepare and present high quality dishes within service and safety guidelinesKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminationPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menusAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issuesComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislationSupport the Executive Chef with any additional kitchen tasks and dutiesEnsure exceptional customer experiencesMust be able to work both weekends and holidays.
