RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. The PM shall be the central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this Contract on this Base Operations Support contract in the Philippines.A' Responsible for the daily activities on all Program matters in all contract locations throughout the Philippines Will serve as the single interface with the Contracts Government Representative and local Government leadership with full authority to act on Centerra's behalf Will manage the Programs budget and work directly with corporate staff on all Program requirements and needs Will ensure all Program personnel follow and abide by Contract requirements, Performance Work Statement, US Government and Host Nation regulations and policies and procedures Will manage and control all Program resources, personnel, training and hiring ensuring all Contract PWS requirements and Deliverables are met and accomplished Will manage and direct all Managers and Supervisors of the Program Will manage the Program's Safety Program, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the Government customer and Program employees Must be flexible with work hours Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS US Citizenship required Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or Engineering; relevant work experience may be substituted for education Five (5) years of experience in management of multi-function base operations Two (2) years of experience shall be as an independent field manager Experience in a management or supervisory capacity in a remote/contingency location with a multi-national work force is highly desirable Prior Program Manager or Deputy Program on a large Base Operations Support (BOS) program is desirable BENEFITS Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflect its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
