CFC has a need for a Senior Economic Research Analyst in the RMG - Economic Research group. In this position you will have the opportunity to The Senior Economic Research Analyst is responsible for the management and development of economic research, reports and presentations to internal and external parties concerning current macro-economic and financial industry developments. As a Senior Economic Research Analyst, you will: A cents € cents Produces relevant material concerning macro-economic, financial industry and interest rate developments for inclusion in CFC's various monthly and bi-monthly publications for internal and external stakeholders. A cents € cents Develops relevant reports and analyses for use by Regional Vice Presidents in order to provide them with invaluable insight into current economic trends with potential impact to member cooperatives.. A cents € cents Prepares and effectively presents on current macro-economic and financial industry developments to important internal and external stakeholders. A cents € cents Provides relevant and innovative idea generation on current developments while developing effective presentation and reporting materials using thought provoking historical trend analyses in both tabular and graphical form for executive team members and Board of Directors. A cents € cents Interprets and summarizes Federal Reserve policy meetings and provides impactful analysis concerning the potential direction of short-term and long-term interest rates based on leading economists' views. A cents € cents Researches current economic and financial data using Bloomberg LP, S&P Capital IQ, analysis frequently produced by CFC's relationship banks and financial partners and other sources. A cents € cents Prepares reports and analysis and presents findings to the Asset-Liability Committee as well as provides relevant information for inclusion in CFC's quarterly Asset-Liability Committee Report as it relates to macro-economic and financial market/industry developments. A cents € cents Benchmark financial industry publications and analysis to continue to improve existing reports and publications for CFC. A cents € cents Directly supports the Vice President of Economic Research and works closely with the Asset-Liability Management team as well as the Financial Planning and Analysis team.Job Requirements:To be successful, you will need: A cents € cents Bachelor's degree in Finance or economics.A' A cents € cents MBA preferred.
