Description Job Description:The Intelligence Group (DIG) of Leidos has a career opportunity for a talented Quality Assurance Manager to support multiple task orders on the ITEMS UFS contract. This position serves as the member of a team with the responsibility to ensure the highest quality service is provided to the customer through the performance of regularly scheduled internal process audits and the consistent facilitation of structured improvement activities. The successful candidate will be an agent for change, possess high energy, have a passion for quality, and be self-motivated. The environment demands the ability to quickly establish working relationships with coworkers/customers.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:A cents € cents A' A' A' Manage program instantiation of the Quality Management SystemA cents € cents A' A' A' Perform continuous product and process improvement activitiesA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Deploy and implement appropriate QMS processesA cents € cents A' A' A' Implement audit practices for internal processes and productsA cents € cents A' A' A' Ensure adherence to all standards, Leidos policies, and best practices A' A cents € cents A' A' A' Support the development of performance metricsA cents € cents A' A' A' Track, analyze and report to program management on trends found in the performance metricsA cents € cents A' A' A' Provide the program manager with timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectivesA cents € cents A' A' A' Report to higher level management on Quality Achievement and act as liaison for enterprise quality initiatives for the program.A' A cents € cents A' A' A' Review and submit contract deliverablesA cents € cents A' A' A' Other duties as requiredBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience with IT Service Management ProjectsA cents € cents A' A' A' BA degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or Masters with 5-7 years of prior relevant Quality Management experience.A cents € cents A' A' A' Active Top Secret SCI clearance with CI PolygraphA cents € cents A' A' A' Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt or BetterA cents € cents A' A' A' Experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO9001/ISO20000A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience managing and developing performance metricsA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA cents € cents A' A' A' Excellent verbal and written skillsA cents € cents A' A' A' Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project)A' A cents € cents A' A' A' Ability to support limited domestic travelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:A cents € cents A' A' A' Certified Lean Six-Sigma Black BeltA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation training or equivalent)A cents € cents A' A' A' Formal auditor trainingA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Understanding of Configuration Management principlesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:A cents € cents A' A' A' Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
