Who You Are You re a strong problem solver who loves digging into the details to fully understand what is going on. You also have: Qualifications: BSCPE or BSEE degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) 2+ years experience with bare-metal microcontroller programming in C (8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit)Demonstrated experience configuring and using microcontroller peripherals (ADC, DAC, Timers, WDT, Etc. )Functional knowledge of embedded electronic circuits and componentsFunctional knowledge/experience with wireless modules (BLE, BTC, LoRa, Etc.)Ability to troubleshoot embedded systems using industry standard tools (Oscilloscope, ICD, DMM, etc.)Ability to generate and evaluate creative ideas and inspire others to do soStrong communication and interpersonal skills to influence the organization and to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to contribute several concurrent projects in meaningful waysGeneral knowledge/experience with power tools and hand toolsAbility to integrate subsystems in support of Rapid PrototypingMechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication skills a strong plusWhat You ll Do As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you ll be part of our Global Tools & Storage team located in Towson, MD.
