Itero Group is growing and currently has a career opportunity for a Salesforce Account Executive in our McLean, VA office or Remote. The Salesforce Account Executive is a full portfolio seller, who focuses on a specific list of Enterprise and Strategic clients. He/She will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals and manage customer expansion. This position will be reporting into our Vice President Sales based in McLean, VA and will have accountability of generating business in excess of $5M+ in revenues.Responsibilities:Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunitiesAnalyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and servicesOwn the entire sales process end to end including creating and managing approach/discussion documents, statements of work, and contracts Possess a strong suite of local client relationships (Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives) as well as industry relationships (software vendors, integrators)Develop excellent client relationships and maintain focus on exemplifying company valuesFormulate, nurture, and drive relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and other key partners to build pipeline, collaboratively run deal cycles and close business with new clientsForecast accurately and timely, build a pipeline and progress opportunities while aligning with project teams for staffing needsCoordinate responses to RFPs and supporting the creation of proposals and Statements of WorkBuild and leverage Itero Salesforce Sales Processes, Solution Selling and Account Management practices Work collaboratively with Account Management & Service Delivery to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customersHandle objection with tact and think creatively to overcome obstaclesMeet and exceed individual annual quotas for contracts/revenueQualifications:5+ years' experience in services sales and/or channel partner sales3+ years' experience successfully selling Salesforce solutions/productsProven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clientsProven ability to lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a dealHas a "hunter"A' mentality - loves to cold call and open new accounts - requires strong phone skillsExperience with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, GAP Selling or similar sales methodology OR Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, eg, Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power based Selling, Target Account SellingHighly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsOrganized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skillsExperience working in or selling to the health care and financial services industries, including in a remote capacityExperience working with Salesforce requiredAbility to travel as needed (approximately 30%)About Itero Group:Itero Group is a Woman-Owned Small Business focused on leveraging Agile Innovation to drive our client's mission to successful outcomes.
