Training Site Lead
**Type of Requisition:** Regular**Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain:** None**Job Family:** TrainingThe Training Site Lead provides training and technical assistance to a federally funded network of care providers. The Site Leads manages deployments, prepares and/or conducts training programs, and delivers training programs to train all levels of personnel, including case managers, clinicians, and other staff.This position is remote. Frequent travel required.Duties include:+ Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and help develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.+ Leads deployments and training sessions+ Responsible for developing training plan according to assessment criteria and requirements+ Identifies roster of training specialists and needed technical support+ Schedules training and coordinates with care provider management+ Develops reports and tracks technical assistance requirements+ Provides Technical assistance and training as needed+ Keep abreast of updates to program and policies and participate in meetings with the Task Manager and/or Federal staff as necessary+ Oversee the delivery of on-site and/or virtual training classes**Requirements**+ Bachelors degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Management, Education or a related field with at least 8 years of experience. Masters degree a plus.+ Demonstrated leadership and program management experience, specifically experience in care provider operations+ Strong organizational skills+ Experience providing training or technical assistance to different audiences+ Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt delivery/training style as needed+ Ability to multi-task and make operational decisions based on needs, resources and identified priorities+ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus+ Excellent communication skills+ Must be able to travel within the United States+ This position requires a Background CheckWe are GDIT.
