**Overview**SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to work as part of its Communications and Marketing team on the creation of visual content for the following platforms and channels: social media, web, corporate intranet, marketing materials, and events. The primary focus of this role will be to use practices for digital design to optimize the SOSi brand, to inform and engage internal and external audiences and to contribute to a strong internal culture that emphasizes excellence, integrity, and bold determination.**Responsibilities**+ Exhibits visual communication, narrative storytelling, creative design skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.+ Produces high-quality, shareable multimedia content, and proficient in graphic design, illustration (eg, for social media, websites), motion graphics, and building dynamic and static infographics. These products may include high-quality graphics for marketing exhibits, posters, brochures, publications, digital signage, original artwork, and briefing presentations.+ Pitch and execute ideas that support key brand narratives and editorial priorities from concept to final launch across multiple digital platforms.+ Produce visual content for internal and external digital platforms, marketing materials and events.+ Works within brand guidelines to ensure all products and collateral share a brand consistency; helps develop branding and design guidelines and templates.+ Assist with internal and external communications planning.+ Research and implement new communication tools.+ Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional relationships with internal customers".+ Work across internal teams to coordinate content creation and distribution.+ Assist in planning and promoting employee engagement events and corporate social responsibility campaigns.**Qualifications**+ 2 years of marketing and multimedia design experience+ Associates or Bachelors degree in Arts/Design preferred+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Experience with industry design tools, ie, Adobe Creative Suite+ Experience in online graphics, video, and informational design, ie, infographics+ Experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint+ Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and search engine optimization (SEO)+ Demonstrated knowledge of basic HTML+ Fluency with social media platforms, new digital communication technologies and tracking tools+ Experience with video editing software preferred+ Detail-oriented, organized, team-player+ Creative, enthusiastic, and confident when confronting new and complex challenges**Working Conditions**+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.SOSi is an equal employment opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
