As a Financial Analyst Subject Matter Expert, you will be trusted to develop and maintain business metrics/analytics presenting the financial health of the agency, have expert knowledge of financial systems to include databases and business intelligence tools and software, and the ability to present/brief financial 14 measures or business process improvements to senior financial and agency leadership.In this role, a typical day will include: + Supporting the Budget Analysis Division (BAD) one of four divisions within the DARPA Office of the Comptroller. BAD has overall responsibility for fiscal accountability and reporting of appropriated resources, allocating funding, tracking, and reporting spending. + The Budget Transfer Team assist BAD to ensure execution stage (current fiscal year planning, fund certification and obligating of the budget) is in compliance with all applicable OMB-Circulars. + Serve as back up other Budget Transfer Team related tasks.+ Expert knowledge of financial systems, possess strong analytical skills, is detailed oriented, a quick learner, and has strong Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills. Must possess skills to develop and maintain business metrics/analytics.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:The SME shall be a recognized industry leader in core financial support functions.
