We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What we're looking for:The Marketing Operations Analyst is a critical function on the Marketing Intelligence team. This position will work closely with the Director, Marketing Intelligence to create and provide reporting and analysis to our Marketing Leadership Team in order to assess current performance and provide recommendations on where improvements can be made. This position will also be key in management and enhancements of our Marketing BI platform, cubes, data marts, and dashboards.Responsibilities* Understand the marketing business processes, KPIs, and pain points. Provide in depth reviews of current results along with deep dives into potential areas of opportunity.* Play an active role in attending cross-functional meetings to answer business questions through data mining and analysis and assess impact to reporting and Marketing BI Platform as needed.* Ad hoc analysis as requested by cross-functional teams within the Marketing Organization.* Presentations of analysis and recommendations to cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams along with the Marketing Executive Leadership Team.* Develop reporting and dashboards to present Campaign Performance and Marketing Metrics to the larger Marketing Organization following industry and analytics best practices.* Maintain updates for current Tableau Dashboards used across the Marketing Organization.* Work with Geo Marketing Analytics teams to align on metric definitions and ensure global adherence to these methodologies.* Operationalize, implement, and automate changes to drive marketing impact and efficiency* Project Management for data enablement and enhancements to our Marketing BI Platform. Responsible for any updates and the monitoring of our BI data cubes, data marts, and dashboards. Will team closely with IT to for any defect resolutions.* Work closely with cross-functional teams within Citrix to ensure data sources and metric definitions are aligned.* Gather and document requirements for enabling new data, reporting, and analysis requests.* Support users of Marketing BI Platform and dashboards to improve user adoption.Preferred Qualifications* Strong problem solving and analysis skills* Strong SQL experience* Strong Tableau and MS Power BI experience* Knowledge of Salesforce.com* Excellent reporting skills using Tableau or other reporting tools* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills* Experience with big data preferredBasic Qualifications* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience* 3-5 years of reporting & analytics experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* LI-KG1What you're looking for:Our technology is built on the idea that everyone should be able to work from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
